Has anyone ever gone over Niagara Falls?

Yes, several people have gone over Niagara Falls, both intentionally and accidentally. The first person to survive a trip over the falls was Annie Edson Taylor in 1901, who went over in a barrel. Since then, many daredevils have attempted stunts, some surviving and others not. Today, stunts like this are illegal and heavily fined due to the danger and environmental risks involved.
