Over the years, it has undergone multiple expansions to handle the increasing number of pilgrims. The mosque includes important Islamic sites such as the Black Stone, the Zamzam Well, and Safa and Marwah hills. It serves as the center of the Hajj and Umrah rituals. Its spiritual importance makes it the heart of Islamic faith.
